•1 oz. Bison Grass Vodka.
•3/4 oz. of St. Germain.
•1/2 oz. Green Chartreuse.
•1/2 oz. of Lime Juice.
•Fill the cocktail glass with ice to chill and set aside.
•Add the ingredients in the order listed above to a shaker.
•Add ice and give it a good shake.
•Empty ice from cocktail glass and do a double strain to make sure there are no ice chips.
•To garnish add edible orchid.
This delicious cocktail created by Noelle Gerber is one that provides a very unique balance of flavors that would intrigue any palate. The Green Chartreuse with its 130 alpine herbs really creates a backbone for this cocktail. When combined with both the freshly squeezed lime juice and elderflower liquor (St. Germain) it creates an all around pleasant herbal sweet bite. Finally to round off the cocktail, the Bison Grass Vodka provides a vanilla accent, which in turn smooths out the cocktail and makes it complete.
