Drink Ingredients:

•1.5 oz. Oat Infused Scotch.
•1.0 oz. Yaegaki Nigori Sake.1
•Bar Spoon Peach Preserves. (Bar Spoon is equal to a teaspoon, so you can substitute a teaspoon)
•.25 oz. English Breakfast Tincture.
•.25 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice.

Drink Preparations:
•Add ice to cocktail glass to chill and set aside.
•Add ingredients to shaker in order as listed above.
•Shake and empty ice from glass.
•Double strain.
